Sunshine Through the Rain

The touch of his fingers against her cheeks was as soft as the rain drops that fell over them as they stood in front of the airport. As he picked her up and spun her in circles, she could feel his excitement radiating from him. Beneath the veil of rain she let tears of happiness slide down her cheeks. She has waited so long to be held in embrace. Becca smiled up at him as he put back down. Though it was raining, the man standing in front of her brought sunshine to her life.
